About
I am passionate about helping people transform their lives through developing creative practices.
I was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 17. This presented barriers to me engaging in further education. I resumed my studies in my mid twenties and developed a love for creative writing and poetry.
I later went on to become a Youth Worker where I specialised in and developed schemes of work with special focus on information, advice and guidance, arts and personal and social development.
I have also worked in Further Education as Job Coach for young adults with learning disabilities and as a Progression Mentor.
I also enjoy facilitating women's groups including the Kent Goddess Group, Folkestone Red Tent and The Ladies Who Latte - Wellbeing Book Club.
